APPs for learning

Recently I was asked to round up a few APPs for education that parents can load on their phones and iPads for their children to play/learn. I found a lot of sites where moms had reviewed and given approval of sites, as well as teacher approved sites. APPs include math and reading, as well as other fun play/learn.

Free Tech For Teachers

Free technology for teachers is something I am always on the lookout for. But who has time to always sit and look for stuff? Well  Richard Byrne does! He has an amazing blog at www.freetech4teachers.com. I have liked his blog on facebook and receive constant updates. When he finds something, I find something! He has amazing stuff, like this lesson on finding reliable sources…what I happen to be teaching right this moment.
